xampp 5.6.40 POST not working error 400

All the time I got error "127.0.0.1 - - [02/Feb/2019:23:54:47 +0200] "POST /ASP/bf2statistics.php HTTP/1.1" 400 981 "-" "-"". What is wrong? In old xampp versions working fine.

Is backend file that receive snapshot data from game server python script. Wondering why it does not work in latest xampp version. Each time when snapshot is received error 400.
