Issus with xampp database

hello guys
I need help with a problem I'm facing. am creating a platform for submitting of attendance for an org but after I click submit i don't see the number in my database please what do i do

XAMPP databases work great. Can't be sure with the information you gave us, but most likely, you are doing something wrong.

it is no doubt about that but the problem I have is that it doesn't,t collect information sent to in using php platform
