Cant start any server, dont know how to fix errors

So admittedly I'm a huge noob with all of this so I hope you can forgive my inability to really articulate what the issue I'm having is. I just want to host wordpress on a local server and when I first installed XAMPP and linked it with wordpress it worked perfectly with apache and mySQL having no problems running but just today when I opened xampp back up I saw that the start and admin button of every module was greyed out (Not allowing me to click on them). Here is the errors I got

I tried changing the ports in apache but that didnt seem to do anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually it looks as if all tools (Apache, Mysql, Filezilla etc. pp.) disappeared for an unknown reason. Maybe your harddisk crashed, or you accidently moved or deleted the Xampp folder or whatever. Where did you install Xampp (into which folder) and can you see it in your file explorer? Something weird must happened. Probably your whole installation has gone.

I also dont understand what you mean by you "linked" wordpress to Xampp, what did you do actually? And what do yiu mean with your Xampp "back up" mentioned above? Why back up and what did you do?

Or you copied and executed the xampp-control.exe somewhere, for example if you wanted to created a shortcut but accidentally copied the file.
