7.2.11 on macOS 10.14.1

Just installed xampp 7.2.11 on a mac with 10.14.1. When I attempted to access phpMyAdmin I got this message:

New XAMPP security concept:

Access to the requested directory is only available from the local network.

This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf".

There is no file named httpd-xampp.conf. Does this mean httpd.conf? What does it mean "only available from local network". The install assigned an ip address - which is what I'm using.

So much for the good old days when xampp was always the simple solution...
