Either there is a foreign MySQL/MariaDB Server running or you setted a password for user root.

I'm not sure really what to do from here. I have other sql is running. I have "Sequel Pro" install but I didn't open/use it. Also, I can't change/edit 'phpmyadmin/config.inc.php'. Can you give steps how to fix it? Thanks a lot.
