Stop button not active after updating tomcat

I update tomcat to 9.10 version. In XAMPP config i set autostart for tomcat. And restart XAMPP. After xampp running tomcat9 started ok, but stop button not active. why?

You cannot update any component of Xampp. If you do so, its not supported and the results are unpredictable.
