You either have already installed another MySQL Server in "C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1", or you had installed that and did not de-install it correctly. Either de-install that other instance, and/or remove the Service "MYSQL" from your Windows Services (Windows Services are found in Windows Administration).
