Hi, is there a way to increase the /dev/vda1 size i have many websites and have filled the default 15g available?

im using XAMPP 7.1.10-0 on macOS High Sierra

I dont know the answer, anyway, if i were you, i would not use VM but "normal" Xampp installation instead. That gives you immediately access to the whole disk. Even more, i cannot see any advantage of using the VM for Xampp, dont know why Bitnami offers that VM and why people are using it. There are tons of problems, i cannot see any advantage. What am i overlooking?

Do i have to reinstall XAMPP to just use normal version, i dont recall ever seeing the option for normal i thought the VM was mandatory in the latest version of XAMPP

I hardly can believe that, when i proceed to https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html then there are 4(!) different installation packages for OSX and only the very last one is the VirtualMachine, the three others are "normal" installations. Quite hard to overlook that.

Thanks for your question. We will investigate and document how to increase the disk of the VM.

As Nobbie suggested, as a workaround you can install the native OS X installer that is available in the download page.
