Lotus Domino and extension=php5_notes.dll

Problems with the Windows version of XAMPP, questions, comments, and anything related.

Lotus Domino and extension=php5_notes.dll

Postby mausim » 10. August 2017 21:36

I enabled the extension=php5_notes.dll in php.ini file and shutting down Apache 2.4.1.8 32 bits, running on Windows 7 32 bits, and PHP 7.0.1.

This dll file is stored in c:\xampp\php\ext.

After reload the server, an error appeared, like:

17:27:20 [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
17:27:20 [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
17:27:20 [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
17:27:20 [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
17:27:20 [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
17:27:20 [Apache] entire log window on the forums

I think that php5_notes.dll conflicts with this new Apache version.

As the name of the dll already mentioned, it is compiled for PHP 5 and will not run with PHP 7.
Either find a dll that is compiled for PHP 7 or try yourself to compile this dll.

We cannot provide any support for third party libraries like php_notes.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)
