why i cant start apache
it keeps on saying

5:17:41 PM  [Apache]    Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
5:17:41 PM  [Apache]    You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
5:17:41 PM  [Apache]    or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port

everytime i start up xampp it will write those error message there, and then if i start up Apache
