How to disable some xampp services

Hello,
I have two problems:
The first is i would disable some services at the beginning of xampp with the .ini file but i don't know how to do. And the second is : is it possible to start other services with the control pannel at the starting of xampp.

An apache server launcher is good but it lacks easily to add the launch of other tools as for this project. It might be good to consider xampp enhancements to facilitate the work of developers, and users of the packages all prepared and so the interface allows to easily add and parameterize the launch, etc of the added tools.
Xampp has the advantage of being multiplatform so as much as it is such a tool that allows to make
