phpMyAdmin Error

Hey all, I'm having an issue with phpMyAdmin. I'm getting the error...

The mysqli extension is missing. Please check your PHP configuration. See our documentation for more information.

I've checked my php.ini file and all of the extensions appear to be un-commented (I don't think I'm missing one), my full ext path is listed in the ini file as well as c:\xampp\php\ext and everything seems to be in order in the ext directory. I'm at a loss for what's causing this issue. Can anyone assist?
