xampp control panel can't run tomcat

Hi Guys,

I can't start fileZilla, tomcat services in Xampp control panel?
It gives an Port error. I have installed it on windows 8.

Please help me guys,

The Xampp Control panel tells you to show us the full contents of the control panel. Where can i see it?
