hosting xampp server or phpmyadmin by using IP address

Hi,I had installed the xampp server in my remote server system with the IP to connect remote system (122.166.232.69:x,windows 7)..in this remote system to connect internet my IP is(192.168.1.64)
In this system(local) my xampp server and database operations and everything is working fine

and by using 122.166.232.69:8080 with this url I am calling other projects out of the remote server (in any system) what I did with eclipse after that I stopped this eclipse also for to run xampp v3.2.2

and I am unable to call this xampp by using this url


Please suggest me I am unable to solve this its very urgent to me I am using xamp v3.2.2 ,

If I have understood this correctly, they want to run xampp on a live server.
Not a good idea, just don't do it!

Actually my main requirement is ....like updating /deleting profile pics through android mobile application..
I need to store the particular user image in database.and I need to retrieve/update the image when ever I want through android mobile application

In the local system(my laptop)I had installed xamp and the functionality and everything is working fine..when I tried that application in another mobile device with different wi-fi(IP address) its not working ....I mean the Image is not saving in database(file is not uploading..)

So I had installed the xamp in my office remote system(122.166.232.69:X)...here also same problem..in remote system locally its working...

When I am trying to calling(out of the remote system) the xamp by using the IP address..its not calling...its showing like..the website cant be reached..

So,will u please help me..for my requirement what I have to do..
