Windows, XAMPP, PHP 7 and enabled opcache = apache restart

The whole problem is here:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/41028599/windows-xampp-php-7-and-opcache

I've tried this on XAMPP with PHP 7.0 back in time. Now tried to install newest version of XAMPP with PHP 7.1 and enabling opcache. SAME THING!!!!
Have to freakin idea how to manage with this. On almost every page refresh, XAMPP is restarting with an alert:
child process XXX exited with status 3221226356 -- Restarting

This is not the right forum for that bug. You should create and send an error report to Bitnami and/or PHP Project Development, this forum is not meant for PHP development, it is meant for Xampp infrastructure and installation issues. We have no source code here and cannot debug any error, neither we can devliver any new build.

From the view of this forum, i would suggest simply not to use opcache, as Xampp is designed to run as a local development environment, there is no need for any caching or optimization for development.
