My SQL crashing on XAMPP 3.2.2

Hi folks,

Hopefully someone ca help me out there. Every time I open XAMPP MySQL attempts to start but fails and I am greeted with the following message.....

Here is the error log for MySQL, I have searched online and have yet to find a solution
