I changed my upload limit and now Apache has stopped working

Hi guys any help would much be appreciated.

I have been setting up a local host this evening for the first time and have had many issues.

Finally got Wordpress to work on a local host but could not upload my theme due to upload limit.

Worked out how to change the upload limit in php.ini but now Apache wont start back up again.

error message as follows -

Here is what I figured out for a windows machine, may apply to mac as well. MySQL. download and install the 1.7m installer from here: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/installer/5.7.html follow all the steps.. When it asks you to configure ports , change to 3308.. You should be good to go after that.. I do not believe you will need to setup a new firewall rule .. But if the previous steps do not work.. try that.. setup a rule for 3308.. Oh yes.. If you have Jenkins or Tomcat running for Jenkins.. go to the services window in Task Manager and stop Jenkins. | XAMMP, install it after MySQL., | click on the 'configure button next to MySQL as follows. change all instance in the ini file from 3306 - 08. | click & configure Tomcat for port 80 | 443 | install it Bon Chance!

Installing an alternative MySQL version will not solve any Problems with php.ini or Apache!

I posted earlier about this .. what i uncovered after hours of pain.. if you are on XAMMP 7.0 .. uninstall that immediately and install 7.1.. install it on c:\ drive.. do not install in program files..
