I think - big problem XAMPP

I have a big problem. I configured xampp. I create login and password.
I deleted all folders from XAMPP without uninstalling-just delete,
becouse i wanted to install PrestaShop and there was write that the PHP and Apache server was not running (or something like that).
Then i realized that it wasnt working because there was no administator rights.
Now when i type http://localhost there flashing blank page.
Please help-thak you

Be more specific. What did you configured and where did you configure this?

Why would you need to delete something with this message?

Uninstall everything you did and start from scratch. Be sure Apache and MySQL are started and then try to install PrestaShop.
And if you need more help please be way more detailed and specific in your error reportings.
