xampp version 7 show error of missing file

I installed xampp version 7 on window7 but it show error when i click on start button Apache.
The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-[1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.


but It dosent show error on win8/win10.
It doesn show erorr when I install old version.
Plz help me.

It dose'nt work after even download it.

You need to install it after downloading.
