I have been using XAMPP on my macbook. Now my primary partition is running out of space now. I was wondering if there is any way to install XAMPP on my secondary partition?

what is using the most space?
i think its the htdocs directory. You can just move it to the new partition and change your apache config (httpd.conf) with the new path

Why not? The most simple way might be to mount that partition to /Applications/XAMPP. Then the whole partition is reserved for the whole Xampp package etc.
