A domain name is only an Alias for an IPv4 or IPv6 address. So either you need an static IP address or a process which changes your IP address in the domain name registration every time your IP address changes.

But XAMPP is not suitable for public accessible environments, so don't use XAMPP for this.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)
