Apache and MySQL Failure to launch

I am trying to start both Apache and MySQL and this is what I keep getting. I already opened ports both 80 and 443 and I am still not able to run either one. Below is what is being shown in the field. Please help, I am starting class this Monday and need to have this up and running as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.

I ran the administrator rights and I am still having problems getting Apache and MySQL running. I was following install directions from https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/setting-up-xampp/?rad=b&utm_expid=3606929-86.PHoDXYJeQYmWFQIujGOFZg.1&utm_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F and followed how to open ports 80 and 443. All was working fine until trying to run Apache and MySQL. So even after running the administrator rights, I am still getting this:

When I clicked into the logs entry for both, I am not getting any logs for any of the Apache logs and I am getting one log from MySQL. This is what I get:

I have run XAMPP before on my computer and never had a problem with it, but I lost my installation due to my hard drive dying. I don't know what else to do. Should I uninstall and reinstall?

I also received warnings about disabling the UAC, which I did and it still did not help, besides installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistribute package. And while opening the control panel, I get this warning:

-n Warning
Windows cannot find '-n'. Make sure the name is spelled correctly.

I forgot to say the -n warning, UAC, and Micrsoft Visual warnings came up while I was installing XAMPP. After that they did not show up again. I did uninstall the program and I did reinstall it and I am still coming up with the above issues.

There is your problem. You are using a 64 bit Windows version. Programs installed to C:\program files\ need to be 64 bit compiled. XAMPP is 32 bit compiled.
You should install XAMPP to the root of your harddisk, for example c:\xampp\
Don't install XAMPP to a path containing whitespaces or special characters.
