I can't start Apache and MySQL after installing Moodle

Hi everyone,
I am new for this site and just started to learn to create an online learning lesson.
I had installed Xampp before installing Moodle . But when I went to Xampp Control Panel, I couldn't
start Apache and MySQL. (I couldn't click the buttons) Can you please tell me how to fix this problem?

Uninstall Moodle?

Sorry, i dont know Moodle in any way.
