But honestly, i am not sure if you got that message right. The message is not "not included in include_path", it is ". in include_path Disabled". This can also mean, that the installer (or whatever you are running) found a "." in the include_path, but Disabled it (for safety reasons or whatever). Therefore you should ask, what these messages are saying. It is the same for Java Scipt - does the message mean that it founds Java Script disabled, or does it mean, that if found active Java Script and Disabled it as well for safety reasons? I dont know.
