Problems with the Windows version of XAMPP, questions, comments, and anything related.

Hi,
I have got my local computer online as a webserver for multiple websites but is there an alternative to calling them .dev or a main TLD like .com?
I tried .loc and .local but neither seem to work.
I dont mind using .dev for now but I really wanted at least one other so I could have staging environment and not just development branches.
Thanks very much for any help in advance. =)

Hi,
you can use whatever you want as long as you can assure the client can resolve this domain.
best wishes,
