Bisher ist das mit XAMPP 1.7.2 auf einem Win2003 Server gelaufen.
Die Webseite funktioniert problemlos auf Port 8053 (80 wird für den IIS gebraucht).
Sobald ich aber das Include für die httpd-dav.conf aktiviere, versucht der Apache sich auf Port 80 zu binden, was natürlich schiefgeht.
In der httpd-dav.conf ist imho nichts Ungewöhnliches konfiguriert:
