Mysql won't start

Database wont start and logs say to post here, I have NO Idea what this says as I am much an amatuer at this. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have installed xamp on external HD as my C: drive is too small to support xamp and large site I need to work on. Apache runs fine, just cant start db.
