And we have the same problem, that your request totally lacks any usefull information. At least follow the advice in the given messages:

Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
the Windows Event Viewer for more clues

... and also:

entire log window on the forums

Until now, you did not do anything. It is totally impossible to give any clue due to the poor information.
