XAMPP-MySQL Neustart nicht möglich

Vorgeschichte:
XAMPP nutze ich bereits längere Zeit. Heute brauch XAMPP ab. Eine fehlerhafte sql wurde ausgeführt, die wahrscheinlich eine enorme Menge an Ergebniszeilen brachte. Es kaum jedoch nicht zu einen Abbruch mit Fehlermeldung. Der sql-Fehler ist gefunden und nicht das Problem.
Ein Neustart von XAMPP auch nach PC Neustart bringt:

16:47:54 [mysql] Ursache könnte ein geblockter Port, fehlende Abhängigkeiten,
16:47:54 [mysql] fehlende Berechtigungen, ein Absturz oder ein Abbruch einer anderen Methode sein.
16:47:54 [mysql] Drücke den Logs Button um error logs zu sehen und prüfe
16:47:54 [mysql] im Windows Event Viewer für weitere Hinweise
16:47:54 [mysql] Wenn du weitere Hilfe benötigst, kopiere den kompletten Inhalt des Log Fensters
16:47:54 [mysql] und füge ihn als Ergänzung in einem neuen Forum Eintrag hinzu.
Weiter unten habe ich die Log-Zeilen hinzugefügt.
Wie kann ich XAMPP wieder lauffägig machen?
