how to fix xampp access from internet?

this is my httpd.conf file detail: https://ghostbin.com/paste/e3szw : and this my httpd-xampp.conf file detail: https://ghostbin.com/paste/tas32 . And this is my problem: https://imgur.com/a/tHoVB . And this is my router page: https://imgur.com/43peoJR. As I know, we need enter public IP and it will connect to xampp local website. But I enter my public IP and you see, it just open my router page and I don't know why. Is I post clearlest for this forum help me. Need you guy help and know that just this question and lost my 4 day. Is this forum really OK? who is Beltran? He just away send me a non-answer. I need to talk with this guy. He make me angry.
