MySQL in XAmpp getting disconnected

When i am trying to start mysql from xampp, it gets started and after a minute it gets disconnected, with below error:

And in the mySql_error logs file i am getting below logs:

I already have read-write and execute Access for H:\softwares\xampp\mysql\data\ibdata1. Please tell me what Needs to be done for this.
