My XAMPP install was working great. I could start/stop both Apache & MariaDB. I could get into phpMyAdmin. And then...
I installed WordPress using the Bitnami installer. The installation went great, and I was able to view my WP installation at /localhost/wordpress. Everything looked great until I tried to stop MariaDB and Apache using the XAMPP Control Panel. MariaDB stopped with no problem, but Apache repeatedly threw an error trying to shutdown. So I "Quit" the Control Panel which stopped Apache. Now when I try to restart Apache I am getting an error:

Ideas? I am running a new Dell XPS 15 and Windows 10. I checked Services in Control Panel and IIS (World Wide Web Services) is not running.
