Localhost main page/setting screen

i have installed xampp 5.6.15 in windows 8.1, and it all works fine installing. . .but when i started typing "localhost/" in my browser just like the tutorials says, and it shows "localhost/dashboard" instead of "localhost/security/index.php" (the orange one) how do i get to the orange page? . . .i am just a newbie here

Looks like your system is working. If you know the orange page, you are not that new. But, new or not, you can still find answers to common questions like this in the stickies at the top of the forum (viewtopic.php?f=16&t=67997)

i am a newbie, i just know the orange page cos of sum tutorials i've watched, but ok thanks for the reply, maybe i could find the answer that you have given to me on the link. .thanks
