XAMPP localhost problems and phpmyadmin issues

I did scan the posts. I did not find any of the issues I am having listed.

The page that I am getting for Xampp in the localhost entry is for the new 7.0.2 version which does not have the applications pages set up. Therefore I am not able to do the changes or learning from the manual that I need.

I am not sure how to connect to the phpmyadmin.com with Xampp.
