error with Wondows10

I have installed the XAMPP on my Windows 10 and all parts work fine except the Apache and as it is clear the problem is related to the port 80 and 443.
I google it and found that I should disable the service (world wide ....) the problem is that I don't have this service when I checked the services management in my computer.
the problem said : port 80 and port 443 in use by (" unable to open processor ") with PID 1256..
any one has any idea about the solution???pls help

Apache has probably already started and you try to run it twice. Enter http://localhost in your browser, if the Xampp Dashboard shows up, i am right.

yes it showed that : welcome to Xampp, you have successfully in stalled the Xampp.. is that right ??

but the problem it is still the same. any help to fix the port..
