Problems with the Windows version of XAMPP, questions, comments, and anything related.

http://localhost/xampp/lang.php?en not found

Postby keithb » 18. May 2004 18:12

A complete beginner - I've just downloaded and "installed" XAMPP
I've got it in Program files AND in the root...
I get http://localhost/xampp/lang.php?en not found when the browser opens - I haven't got very far!
Any clues or just pointing me towards a "very simple" set of instructions...

Thanks in advance
Keith

lang.php?en not found

Postby keithb » 19. May 2004 07:26

I did that naturally and found nothing (I can't read german so I only looked at possible replies in english...)
I did find lang.php and I copied it to the root directory but I'm not sure what the ?en involves except that it is something to do with en-glish.
