In one of the next releases, not far in future.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)

It will be perfect to switch between PHP 7 and PHP 5.x for development on localhost.

You can do that on yourself. Install PHP7 as well and create two different VirtualHosts, in each VirtualHost you define PHP CGI Setup for *.php, one setup/VirtualHost for PHP5 (which comes with Xampp) and one with PHP7. I dont think that Bitnami will do this.
