Vhost Redirect

Hello Guys,

I have a program that has a webpage but it is built in Meteor. I am wanting to port it over into XAMPP or get my Vhost to proxy/redirect properly. IS there anyway the Vhost will redirect to an application on a subdomain if so could someone show me what im doing wrong?

I would like it to be where they hit test.testsite.com on port 80 and it goes to port 81 but doesnt show that persay?

I have solved this issue apparently if you have localhost vhost in there it wont work with this.
