Hilfe: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly

Liebe Gemeinde,
seit wenigen Tagen lerne ich mich in Wordpress ein (4.3) und finde das Thema sehr spannend. Leider stelle ich heute morgen fest, dass ich nicht an meiner (mit xampp eingerichteten lokalen) Testumgebung weiterarbeiten kann, da MySQL nicht kooperativ ist.

Das ist das zweite Mal. Vor drei Tagen hatte ich das schon mal und hatte alles neu installiert. Das lief dann zwei Tage bis heute morgen. Ich habe keine Lust, ein drittes Mal das Gleiche durchzumachen und dann vielleicht alle drei Tage eine Neu-Installation durchzuführen. Ich wäre äußerst dankbar für konstruktive Vorschläge...

Mir geht es genauso. 2 x die halbe Homepage gemacht und dann startet MySql um nach ca. 10 Sekunden abzuschalten und die Fehlermeldung zu produzieren. Wäre wirklich nett wenn da jemand helfen könnte.

Momentan gibt es keine adäquate Lösung dafür, wie es aussieht, ist MariaDB unter Windows extrem störanfällig. Es gibt viele Anfragen hier im Forum.

Zwei Umgehungslösungen bieten sich an:

a) entweder eine ältere Xampp Version installieren, die noch MySQL mitbringt (und nicht MariaDB).

oder

b) einen Linux Rechner aufsetzen und dort Xampp installieren, bei mir läuft das ohne größere Probleme.
