connecting word in xampp

Hai Friends,

Im created the application in phpXampp server, in that application im attached empty word document.when i

click the word document how it will retrieve the name and other field from the mysql database ..please help me..

This is not a Xampp issue, look into the manual and or help system of Microsoft Office. I looked up that for you, here is a mysql tutorial:
