How to launch Apache Module

Hello everybody, I m a beginner on the Xampp technology, I' ve installed Xampp V 3.2.1 on windows 8,
the problem is that once I have launched xampp and started all services
the modules apache and Tomcat still inactivated
I tryed to reactivate them but it returns to me an error message
Please Is there anyone who knows how to fix that


The Error message: (remark the process PID 4 is the system process)

18:45:30 [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
18:45:30 [Apache] or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port

Hi,

There is a sticky for that:
[FGA] Apache won't start
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!
