Updating/installing plugins failure

Hello everybody,

I’m a beginner in this field. I’ve a problem with updating plugins, theme and plugins installation. When I try to do all that the following message appears:

- “An error occurred while updating Akismet: Could not create directory”.

-“ Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2015/10. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"

- Could not create directory.

N.B. I managed to install my theme just by unzipping and adding the folder in the “theme” folder in XAMPP. But still the same problem when I update or I try to install new plugins.

Anyone can help? I’m also willing to pay a fee for helping me.
