Mysql Can't Start

I need step by step instructions how to solve the mysql error. I am new to everything to do with Xampp installation. I have tested xampp is working ok.

I am using Windows Version: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
XAMPP Version: 5.6.8

Control Panel Version: 3.2.1 [ Compiled: May 7th 2013 ]
Running with Administrator rights - good!
XAMPP Installation Directory: "f:\xampp\"

XAMPP Apache is already running on ports 80 and 443
