Problems with Webmin

I cannot seem to get webmin to launch.

I installed according to the directions on the webpage.

When I start:

./start
Starting Webmin server in /opt/lampp/webmin

./start
Starting Webmin server in /opt/lampp/webmin
Failed to bind port 10001 : Address already in use at /opt/lampp/webmin/miniserv.pl line 309.

So, I know it's running...

I see the process listed in ps -aux ...

But when I try to go to the page it says it cannot be displayed...

Any ideas?
