VirtualHost for XAMPP win32 version 1.4.2

I just install XAMPP win32 version 1.4.2 for my LAN at home, what I want to do is to have 2 url address like:

1.  http://home.receipies.net

2.  http://home.management.net

this 2 url will be browse from all room in my house. For now I only can browse using this url address http://localhost only on server itself.

my question is, How and what should I do or edit to make as above URL adrress can be browse from all clients computer using above url address.

my spec:

Server:
win server 2003

Clients:
win xp + PHPNuke
