Latest Xammp installed - cannot connect to localhost

Please see the errors below. I cannot connect to local host.

Which port is Apache configured to?

Apache is configured to port 80 and 443 and is running. MySQL is running. tomcat is not, and has the following error:

How to configure tomcat to listen to another port? Is this the reason why I cannot connect to localhost. When I tried again I landed to the XAMMP webpage instead with this url http://localhost/dashboard/

Please advise.
