MySQL constantly ask's to run NET Command?

Every-time I try to start MySQL, it ask's me to run NET Command, I click yes and it does nothing but when I try to run Apache, Apache start's. Something I downloaded included another MySQL program, it worked before this installed.

I've tried:
Ending the other program with task manager, no luck.
Uninstalling the other program, no luck.
Deleting the folder of the other program, no luck.
Uninstalling the Apache, no luck.
Restarting my computer, no luck.

Any help appreciated.

Also I use Apache v3.2.1(it wasn't on the apache selection thing )
