What Happened To Xampp Configure Screen

I no longer can find this screen, instead I'm presented with the localhost/dashboard page and that has no configuration.
Is there a way to access that screen in the most recent version of xampp?

Why would you wanna do this? From security point of view that is not needed.
But if you want to change the root password, there is a tutorial for this [FGA] Setting MySQL root password
