New install of Xammp 5.6.xx on a windows 10 laptop
Apache starts and stops and throws the below message
I thought maybe probably norton was blocking it. (disabled auto protect and firewall still won't stay running)
Mysql and Tomcat run, even filezilla n mercury run
mine says :

5:46:46 PM [Apache] entire log window on the forums
check event logs for:
Application
Security
setup
system
none showing up for the frame time
& turn off the antivirus/firewall (did not help)
How do i get my ports, I see setting in xammp says 80 and 443 tried changing them , still no joy
Whats " missing dependencies" mean?
what else could it be ?
I am admin so privileges shouldn't matter unless there a permission setting
