xampp 5.6.11 windows 7 64.bit --help connect oracle

Good evening , I have this problem . I installed xampp 5.6.11 on a machine with Windows 7 64-bit .
I followed perfectly setup for oracle . but does not enable OCI , you help me , you indicated a link where there is a real solution step -by-step functions . Thanks to all who help me . Paul
